What is the difference between healing stones and real healing stones?

Real healing stones are a natural product that has grown for several millennia in their country of origin. This is how they gathered the forces and energies of the earth. How do I care for my jewelry?

Silver care

Silver that is not rhodium-plated can change its color over time. This is due to the constant contact with oxygen and not due to poor quality or workmanship. Contact with cosmetics such as perfumes or creams is also not an advantage. Sweat is also a factor that is transferred directly to silver jewelry - so it can also be left out when doing sports. It is therefore advisable to clean your silver jewelry regularly with a silver cloth and to put it in a silver bath every month. This prevents oxidation and blackening of the jewelry.

Healing stones

Healing stones, you can cleanse with the help of water and also recharge the energies. Please do not use hot or very cold water, as this could cause the healing stones to crack. You can recharge your healing stones by changing the water bath from cold to lukewarm. We then recommend that you let the bracelets and necklaces air dry.

How do I find out which ring size I have?

If you do not know your ring size when ordering a ring, you can also order this ring without a size and you will receive a ring template with the invoice. After you have tried these, please contact us by phone or email and let us know your desired ring size.

We are also happy to offer you the option of receiving a ring template without ordering a ring, so that you know your ring size for future orders.

As soon as we have noted the receipt of payment, your order will be processed by our staff. If you choose to pay in advance, you have 7 days to pay your invoice.

Which parcel service provider is used for shipping?

We send your ordered goods by default with DHL (Germany only), GLS and the Austrian Post. As a rule, you have the option of choosing between the various providers and express delivery during the ordering process. Please note the following information.

Standard Delivery

You will receive your shipment within 4-7 working days via DHL / GLS / Austrian Post after we have received your payment. In special cases there may be longer delivery times. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.

You decide where we should send your shipment, to your personal address or to a delivery address of your choice. The shipping costs for a standard delivery are € 7.00. From a goods value of € 250.00, the standard delivery within Germany and Austria is free of charge.

Express delivery

The costs for an express delivery by DHL to Germany amount to € 13.50. Express deliveries within Austria cost € 9.00. The order must be received before 1 p.m. so that our express service provider can deliver the goods to you on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on the following Tuesday at the earliest.

What are the opening times of the shop in Vienna?
